American Litho is Back in Relay Mode

Members of the American Litho community recently attended an American Cancer Society sponsored Kick Off event for the 2016 Relay For Life.

“It was great to see so many of our people signing up and showing their support,” says Frank Arostegui, VP of Sales at American Litho and Co-chair of the DuPage ACS board.

ACS Senior Market Manager John Miller and Senior Community Manager Kala Boswell spoke at the event, sharing their thoughts on what participating in Relay For Life means.

They touched on the accomplishments of last year’s Alitho team and the tangible impact the money raised has for supporting individuals and families battling cancer.

Relay For Life funds fuel the American Cancer Society’s free programs for cancer patients, caregivers and families, research for new cures and community-based education to help all Americans reduce cancer risks.

The goal for Alitho’s 2016 Red, White & YOU team: be better than last year. Which will be easier said than  done, considering the 2015 team raised over $10,000.

“I think we can do it,” says Arostegui. “We’ve got a great team this year—a lot of motivated people trying to make a difference. We raised over $500 at the Kick Off alone.”

This is American Litho’s third year participating in the ACS Relay For Life.
